During this period, you should smoothly adapt to the loads and prepare your body to increase the load in the next stages.
The aerobic training plan was developed at the Cooper Institute and is intended for planning independent cardio workouts. Cooper's training plan includes the most popular sports: walking, running, cycling, swimming and helps to start regular fitness training.
HOW TO CREATE A PLAN
1. To make a plan, select your age and type of physical activity. In sports list, the most common types of activity are given.
2. Confirm your selection with the "CREATE A PLAN" button.
3. A training plan is formed for the first 6 weeks of training.
4. You should to score a set number of points per week.
