2. Gymnastic mat

TESTING

1. Before the test do easy walking or light stretching.

2. Take off your shoes, sit on the mat, legs are straightened at the knees, feet rest against the wall, the distance between the feet is 10-14 cm.

3. Stretch forward as much as possible without bending your knees, and reach the wall with your fingertips / or fists / or palms.

4. Hold this position for 3 seconds.

5. Estimate your result.
