NECESSARY EQUIPMENT
1. The box for flexibility assessing.
2. Gymnastic mat.
TESTING
1. Before the test do easy walking or light stretching.
2. Sit on the mat, legs are straightened at the knees, feet rest against the wall of the box, the distance between the feet is 10-14 cm.
3. Put your hands together on the top of the box. Without bending your knees, move your arms forward as far as possible.
4. Hold this position for 3 seconds.
5. Record the result in cm.
6. Estimate your result.
