NECESSARY EQUIPMENT
1. Mat or gymnastic mat.
2. Stopwatch or watch with a second hand.
TESTING
1. The test begins in the upper position: the arms are straightened, the feet are on the toes (men) or on the knees (women).
2. Lower yourself to the floor until your elbows form a right angle and the shoulder parts of the hands (the part from the elbow to the shoulder) become parallel to the floor. The muscles of the abdomen, hips should be tensed and the back should be straight to fix the lower back.
3. Do the maximum number of push-ups in 1 minute, .
