TESTING
1. The subject lays with his back on the mat / gymnastic mat.
Adhesive tape marks a strip 7.5 cm wide immediately from the fingertips.
The knees must be bent, pulling the heels as close to the buttocks as possible.
2. Technique of movement - lifting of the upper part of the body is carried out until the fingers have moved forward through the strip of adhesive tape, then there is a return to its original position until the blades touch the floor.
Only shoulders rise, lower back and arms do not lift off the floor.
3. Perform as many lifts as possible within 1 minute.
