TESTING

1. The initial speed of the treadmill is - 90 m / min,

2. 1st minute – incline angle is 0 gr.,

3. 2d minute - incline angle is 2 gr.,

4. Each subsequent minute, the angle of inclination increases by 1 grade until it reaches 25 gr.

5. After this, the angle of inclination does not change.

6. The speed decreases to 50 m / min and the test subject runs in this mode of the treadmill until fatigue.

7. The time from the beginning to the end of the test is fixed (the test subject stops due to fatigue).
