TESTING

1. When conducting this test, it is convenient to have a partner on the side of the pool to count the distance traveled and record the time.

2. Before the test, warm up by swimming a certain distance.

3. This is a maximum power test, so set yourself to overcome the distance with the highest possible speed for you, but not with all your strength and not at any cost.

4. Try to maintain a continuous, uniform pace.

5. Record the time to the nearest second.

6. Cool down by slowly swimming a certain distance until breathing is restored.

7. Estimate your results.
